the elevators were barely working, which made my stay feel even more miserable. also, my room was incredibly noisy, and I expected at least a complimentary upgrade after all the inconvenience. I almost thought about giving a good review, but the chaotic service made it the worst experience, honestly. I woudl have expected much more!

i stayed for a wedding ceremony and it was fantastic. the breakfast was exceptional with a great variety and attentive staff who made my mornings pleasant. the location was perfect for exploring local attractions, which made my experience even better compared to a previous visit to brussels.

Had a great time with friends! The location was perfect for exploring attractions like the Grand Place and the Atomium. The hotel was clean, and the staff were super helpful, sorting out our transport when we arrived. Just a warning, the heating might not be powerful, so you might want to ask for an extra blanket if you're cold.

We had an issue with the WiFi. it was quite slow and sometimes unusable, which made it hard to stay connected.

I had an incredible time with a super comfy bed that made all my dreams sweet. The breakfast buffet was a feast for the senses, featuring fresh waffles that literally melted in my mouth! Plus, the unique Art Nouveau architecture surrounding the hotel added a lovely charm to every walk away.

i had a lovely stay here after a previous visit to brussels that didn’t impress me much. the location is perfect for exploring, with shops and trams nearby. the bed was super comfy, and i really appreciated the nice selection of pillows.

I was impressed by the warm welcome from the reception staff, who helped me figure out transportation despite my crazy travel hours. The bathroom had a hair dryer that worked like a charm,, which is not something I often find even in fancy hotels.

It wasn’t inexpensive,, but I’d say it’s acceptable considering the location.
